These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings available via mindfuldeal.digital. By enrolling or participating in any of our programs, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

To enroll or purchase, you must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate personal details. All session schedules, resource links, and shipment updates will be communicated to the email you provide. Please maintain an active account to receive notifications.

3. Reimbursement Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with all mindfuldeal offerings. This comprehensive section outlines terms for reimbursements for each category:

3.1 Services (Guided Sessions and Workshops)

Session fees cover preparation, facilitation, and follow-up materials. If you request a reimbursement at least 7 days prior to a scheduled session or workshop, we will process a reimbursement of the full amount less a processing fee of 5%. Requests made between 3 and 6 days before the session will receive a 50% reimbursement. Requests made less than 3 days prior are not eligible for reimbursement due to the commitment of our facilitators and resource allocation. However, you may reschedule a session up to 2 times without penalty, provided you notify us at least 3 days in advance.

3.2 Digital L Materials

Digital materials are accessible immediately upon confirmation. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of materials have been accessed or downloaded. After this period or threshold, digital materials are non-reimbursable. Reimbursement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require proof of minimal access.

3.3 Physical Goods

For damaged or defective items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange an swap or reimbursement of the item cost. Shipping charges are non-reimbursable. Items must be shipped back to our Singapore facility in original condition. Shipments sent without approval will not be accepted.

4. Service Scheduling and Modifications

When booking a guided session or workshop, you select a date and time. You may request a change at least 5 days in advance. mindfuldeal will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new time slot. If we must modify a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and propose alternatives within 48 hours of the change.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a suitable environment for video sessions. Ensure a stable internet connection and minimize distractions. For workshops, arrive on time at the designated venue and adhere to venue guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and swapmarks provided by mindfuldeal are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share without express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our services are designed to support personal and professional growth. Outcomes vary based on individual effort and context. We do not guarantee specific achievements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, mindfuldeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential effects arising from use of our services or materials.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
